By accessing or using the Irish Fishing Hub platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

Irish Fishing Hub provides real-time tide data, weather forecasts, and community features for anglers in Ireland. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

2. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Tide and Weather Data: All tide times, weather forecasts, and related environmental data provided on the Service are for informational and predictive purposes only. Absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Assumption of Risk: Fishing, boating, and coastal activities carry inherent risks. You acknowledge that you use our data at your own risk. Irish Fishing Hub, its developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or damages occurring while using the data provided by our application.

AI Identification: The AI Fish Identifier is an experimental feature and is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Do not rely on it for deciding whether to consume a fish or whether a fish meets legal size limits.

3. Community Content and Conduct

If you create an account to post on the Community Map:

• You retain ownership of photos you upload, but grant us a license to display them.
• You must not post inappropriate, illegal, or heavily offensive content.
• We reserve the right to remove any post or terminate any account that violates community guidelines or attempts to spam the platform.

4. Pro Subscription Terms

Access to premium features requires a subscription ("Pro Plan"). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial months are not provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, code, design elements, and original text on the platform are the intellectual property of Irish Fishing Hub. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our proprietary interactive maps or data feeds without explicit permission.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
