• User-Generated Content: Catch photos, descriptions, and location pins you voluntarily share on the Community map.
• Location Data: With your permission, we may access your device's imprecise location to center the map on nearby tide stations. We do not track your exact movements.
• Usage Data & Cookies: Standard analytics (via cookies) to understand how you interact with our tide charts and tools, allowing us to improve performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is exclusively used to:

• Operate the core application functionalities, including auth via Firebase.
• Process optional subscription payments securely via Stripe.
• Deliver personalized content, such as saving your favorite tide stations.
• Identify fish species via our AI tool. Note: Images processed by the AI are not permanently stored unless explicitly saved to your public catch feed.

3. Advertising & Third Parties

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers under any circumstances.
